How we work

  1. We talk

    We start with a call about your business, your customers and how bookings work for you today. You tell us what you need. We tell you what we would do, what it costs and when it can be ready.

    Free call, 30 minutes.

  2. We build

    We build what you need: the website, the booking system, the video ads and the emails. All made for your business, with your services, prices and opening hours. Send us your logo and whatever texts and pictures you have. We write or make the rest, and take care of everything technical.

    Usually 4 weeks from the call until everything is ready. Faster if you need it.

  3. You check it

    Before anything goes live, you get to see it all: the site on your phone and computer, the video ads and the emails your customers will get. Tell us what to change, and we change it.

    3 rounds of changes included.

  4. Live, and after

    We put the site live on your domain and switch on the emails. You get the video ads ready to post wherever you like. Then we walk you through it all, including the admin panel if you have a booking system.

    After launch: hosting, support and changes, paid monthly.

How long does it take?

Usually 4 weeks from the first call until everything is up and running. If you need it sooner, we can speed it up.

What do you need from me?

Your logo and your services, prices and opening hours, plus any texts and pictures you already have. We write or make the rest, and take care of everything technical.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing up front. Book a call and we'll agree on the price together.

What is included in the monthly payment?

Hosting, support, changes and the code for your site.

Can I cancel the monthly payment?

Yes. There is no minimum contract period.

Do I own my website?

Yes. After a year you can buy out the code for your site. This works for static sites. Sites with an admin panel, like a booking system, run on programs we host, so they stay with us.

Can I change texts and pictures myself?

Yes, with an admin panel, for an extra cost. You add and change texts and pictures yourself, like editing any website.

Which emails go out automatically?

Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, for example a request for a review after the visit.

Do you post the ads for me?

No. We make the video, and you post it wherever you like, for example on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

Do you only work with businesses in Malmö?

No. We work with businesses all over the world.
