Privacy policy
This page explains how ForsaSystem handles personal data, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
ForsaSystem, company registration number [ORG.NR], [ADRESS], is the data controller. You can reach us at info@forsasystem.com.
What data we handle
When you email us, we handle your email address, your name and what you write in your message. If it turns into a project, we also handle the details we need to send invoices.
[OTHER DATA, if the site later gets forms, booking or newsletters.]
Why, and on what basis
We handle the data to answer what you contact us about, and to carry out and invoice a project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and fulfilling the contract when there is a project. We keep accounting records to comply with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
How long we keep it
[RETENTION PERIOD. Example: enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after twelve months. Accounting records are kept for seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.]
Who else gets the data
The site is hosted by Netlify, which handles technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs. Our email is handled by [EMAIL PROVIDER].
[OTHER PROVIDERS that handle data for us.]
What is stored in your browser
The site sets no cookies and does not track your visit. It stores three
things in your browser, and none of them is personal data.
forsasystem-intro, in session storage, remembers that you
have already seen the opening animation and disappears when you close
the tab. forsasystem-tema and forsasystem-sprak,
in local storage, remember whether you chose the dark or light theme
and English or Swedish, until you clear your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to
- know what data about you we handle,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- have data deleted,
- object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted,
- get the data you have given us in a machine-readable format.
Email info@forsasystem.com and we will sort it out.
If you are not happy
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
